1. Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed directly via WhatsApp — we will confirm your compound selection, quantity, pricing, and delivery address in the chat before dispatch.
2. Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of order confirmation via WhatsApp (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays, which may extend this slightly).
3. Delivery Areas
We currently ship within the United Kingdom and mainland Europe. If you are located outside these regions, message us on WhatsApp to check availability before ordering.
4. Track & Trace
Tracking information is available on request — simply ask via WhatsApp after your order has been dispatched and we'll send you the tracking details for your shipment.
5. Packaging
Orders requiring temperature control are packed accordingly. If a compound requires cold-chain handling, this will be discussed and confirmed with you via WhatsApp prior to dispatch.
6. Damaged, Delayed, or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or does not arrive at all, contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and resolve the issue with you.
